Sun Event Planning: More Efficient Training & Learning<br />Project Overview<br />Issue:<br />Sun’s Event Planning runs a large annual engineering event (CEC), utilizing video in general session and breakout sessions. However, they never had a way to capture the video and centrally house them for future use. Thus, all the IP from those sessions was not captured. In addition, travel restrictions and budget cutbacks reduced the number of attendees by half, making the video capture and playback that much more important. <br /><ul><li>Partnered with a 3rd party company to capture all sessions at CEC, including all breakouts
  39. 39. Were able to upload content the same day to the Social Learning eXchangeplatform, available for those that could not attend in person
