IP Address• Terletak pada lapisan ke-2 TCP/IP• Bertindak sebagai identifikasi pada jaringan komputer saat komunikasi data berlangsung• Terdiri dari 4 class: – Class A: 255.0.0.0 – Class B: 255.255.0.0 – Class C: 255.255.255.0 – Class D: untuk multi-casting – Class E: untuk keperluan khusus• Saat ini menggunakan v4, dikembangkan v6 dengan alasan keterbatasan ‘stock’ nomor IP.
