CF Ski Challenge Background SummaryEntering our 18th year, the CF Ski Challenge Weekend is set for another exciting year at the BrettonWoods Ski Area and Mount Washington Resort. Our event has grown over the years to include awide variety of participants from all over New England. The main focus of this event is for CFfamilies and those who support our mission to come together in a fun and relaxed atmosphere andshare with each other their stories and triumphs.A new opportunity this year for businesses and individuals is to become a Mogul Sponsor of theevent. Not only does it allow for us to partner with local companies and retailers to provide greatexposure to our guests and participants, but it also lets our supporters know that your company isbehind our efforts to cure CF. Our participants come from every corner of each state in NewEngland, with many hailing from the high tech, biomedical, and scientific research communities thatreside in the region. HistoryThe New England Cystic Fibrosis Ski Challenge was started in 1992 as a way for CF families andsupporters to come together to raise awareness for CF and to provide a fun winter activity to our verybusy event calendar. Since its inception, this annual ski weekend in New Hampshire has raised morethan $3.5 million for CF research and patient care. Nearly 90 cents of every dollar raised goesdirectly to education, research and care programs. A glance at the data from the last two years ofparticipants reveals that many of our CF SkiChallenge participants come from the greaterNew England Region. Each of these pushpins represents a family or individual who has attended our event since 2007.
The Northern New England Branch of the CFFoundation has an extensive email network that is used during the promotion of upcoming events. Targeted markets and other qualifications are used when an email is sent out. Each blue pushpin represents an individual or household who receives our email blasts.
Mogul Level Sponsorship OpportunityAs one of several Mogul Level Sponsors of the Cystic Fibrosis Ski Challenge, your company will berecognized in many forms of print and marketing materials. A $1,000 donation to the CysticFibrosis Foundation will secure this level of sponsorship.
