  4. 4. 2/5/2014 Candidate Generation- from internet portals, employee referrals, headhunters.
  5. 5. 2/5/2014 Resume screening- consultants screen resumes for specific match
  6. 6. 2/5/2014 First approach-The consultants approach the screened candidates
  7. 7. 2/5/2014 First shortlist-consultants forward the first list of shortlisted candidates to the hiring company.
  8. 8. 2/5/2014 Hiring manager reviews- the hiring manager reviews the pre- screened candidate resumes submitted by the consultants
  9. 9. 2/5/2014 Interview scheduled- qualified candidates are called for a face to face interview with the company
  10. 10. 2/5/2014 Reference check- whether the candidate participates in the interview or not in checked from both ends
  11. 11. 2/5/2014 Offer developed: if selected the HR manager of the company extends the offer to the candidate
  12. 12. 2/5/2014 Offer declined: If candidate turns offer then the consultants again review back the candidates and present a fresh list of shortlist
  13. 13. 2/5/2014 Follow up: if candidate leaves the company within 3 months or is terminated from the office, a replacement is provided
