Wouldn’t you want it to be personalised to suit your personality? Try out a few easy home decor ideas for your favourite place. 1. Ambient lighting Light is all around and is an integral part of our lives. Give your room a few homey touches with a string of twinkle lights of your favourite colour. If you are looking for something more soothing, buy a few tea light candles with beautiful shades and light them up. Buy a few paper lanterns to add a dash of colour. These will transport you instantly to your happy place. 2. Heavenly aromas Smell is one of the most primal senses we have. Scents can open doors to nostalgia. Make your room aromatic with scented candles. The market is brimming different flavours of scented candles, from fruits to flowers. Choose something that catches your eye and light it up while you unwind with your favourite book. Or go in for essential oils. They have rejuvenating effects on your mind and leave you feeling refreshed.
