An annotated version of Pennsylvania court rules can be found in the Purdon’s statutory compilation. Here, in addition to the rules, you will find notes of decisions and references to treatises, ALR’s, law review articles, and practice aids that treat the rule at hand.

Organized numerically by Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure and contains sample forms connected with many of the rules. Handy “Table of Parallel Laws and Rules”  Pennsylvania Keystone: Lawyer’s Desk Library of Practice – Summary of the law in over 100 different topics dealing with substantive and procedural law.  Standard Pennsylvania Practice 2d – An encyclopedia on procedural law in PA. Includes volumes on PA state administrative agencies. Handy “Table of Parallel Laws and Rules”  Summary of Pennsylvania Jurisprudence 2d – Deals with the substantive law of PA  West’s Pennsylvania Practice Series - 23 individual volumes focused on different areas of Pennsylvania practice.
