This document outlines a project using Google Adwords and ML techniques to determine positive and negative keywords to effectively target an ad campaign while avoiding wasting money. The team will use Spark and associated libraries for the ML aspects and meet weekly going forward to work on the front-end, back-end, and machine learning components of the project.
