Waterwoods - Waste Management practise

Waterwoods is implementing a waste reduction program that began with wet-waste management in December 2011, achieving over a 50% reduction in waste. The program includes initiatives like segregation bags, education campaigns, and a goal of 100% participation in composting and recycling by late 2012. Pride, Education, Incentives  Right now we are working with pride.  We need to factor in more education to get greater compliance.  Finally, to ensure compliance, I believe we need to start charging people for garbage pick-up.  Each home is given 120 paper bags free per year  Additional bags will cost ` XYZ  This will create an incentive to compost and recycle Waterwoods
