Ikantam developed a visualization tool for Integromics to facilitate network analysis of biological interactions using graph networks. The project involved building multiple tools that interact with the Cytoscape API over a timeline of six months with a team of two engineers and a project manager. The outcome was a module for Integromics incorporated into their software for enhanced graph network analysis.
