The Apostolic Church began when Jesus Christ chose the
Twelve Apostles and entrusted them with the mission of
preaching the Gospel, celebrating the sacraments, and
leading His people. Through the guidance of the Holy
Spirit, the Apostles faithfully continued Christ's mission
by establishing Christian communities, teaching the
faith, and spreading the Good News throughout the
world.
The early Christian community lived a life centered on
prayer, the Eucharist, fellowship, and charity. Guided by
the teachings of the Apostles and the Didache, they
remained united in faith and became living examples of
Christian love, worship, and service. Their way of life
strengthened the Church and encouraged many people to
become followers of Christ.
CONCLUSION

Despite persecution, the early Christians remained faithful to Jesus. The
witness of the martyrs, especially Saint Stephen, showed that faith in
Christ is worth every sacrifice. Their courage and perseverance became a
powerful testimony that inspired the growth of Christianity and
strengthened the faith of believers.
As the Church continued to grow, the Apostles appointed bishops
priests, and deacons to continue their ministry. Through Apostolic
Succession, the mission and authority given by Christ to the Apostle
have been faithfully handed on to the bishops and continue today through
the Pope and the whole Church. This ensures that the Catholic Church
remains faithful to the teachings of Christ and continues His mission in
every generation.
Overall, this lesson teaches that the Catholic Church is truly apostolic
because it was founded by Jesus Christ, built upon the Apostles, guided
by the Holy Spirit, strengthened by the witness of the early Christians
and continues to fulfill Christ's mission through the Church today. A
Christians, we are called to remain faithful, participate actively in the life
of the Church, proclaim the Gospel through our words and actions, and
continue the mission that Christ entrusted to His Apostles.
