Eileen	Campbell	has	a	long	history	of	leadership	in	marketing	and	research.	Along	with	partners	Andrew	Reid	and	Jennifer	Reid,	she	launched	a	research	
tech	and	consulting	holding	company,	Reid	Campbell	Group.	She	currently	serves	as	the	company’s	Chairman.	RCG	is	focused	on	bringing	conversational	
marketing	technology	to	the	world	of	consumer	insights.	RCG’s	current	holdings	include	Rival	Technologies	and	Reach3	Insights.	
	
Prior	to	forming	RCG,	Eileen	served	as	Chief	Marketing	Officer	at	IMAX	Corporation.	At	IMAX,	Eileen	lead	the	company’s	marketing	interactions	with	
leading	Hollywood	studios	and	joint	venture	exhibition	partners	around	the	world.	
	
Before	joining	IMAX,	Eileen	served	as	the	Global	Chief	Executive	of	Millward	Brown,	a	$1B	research-based	consultancy	owned	by	WPP.	She	joined	MB	in	
2000	as	the	CEO	for	North	America,	She	was	accountable	for	Millward	Brown’s	78	offices	in	51	countries.	The	company’s	client	roster	included	81	of	the	
world’s	top	100	brands.	
	
In	addition	to	her	role	at	RCG,	Eileen	served	as	a	member	of	the	board	of	directors	for	Monotype	Imaging	Holdings	(NASDAQ:	TYPE)	prior	to	the	
company’s	sale.	She	previously	served	on	the	board	of	advisors	for	Reimagine	Holdings,	a	private	equity	firm	focused	on	technology-enabled	consumer	
insights	and	marketing	services	companies.	
	
She	has	held	board	of	director’s	seats	at	Vision	Critical,	a	SaaS	company	providing	customer	intelligence	software,	and	the	Angus	Reid	Group,	a	global	
polling	firm.		She	is	a	founding	board	director	of	Power	of	Voice,	a	not-for-profit	committed	to	providing	communications	skills	training	for	civil	society	
organizations	in	low	income	countries.		Eileen	is	a	member	of	the	board	of	directors	of	C200,	a	women’s	executive	leadership	organization,	where	she	
leads	the	Marketing	and	Communications	Committee	and	is	involved	in	mentoring	activities.

Paul	Neto	is	currently	co-founder,	Chief	Marketing	Officer	at	Measure	Protocol,	a	blockchain-
powered	marketplace	for	person-based	data.		
	
Prior	to	founding	Measure	Protocol,	Paul	was	VP	Digital	&	Media	at	Kantar	Canada.	Paul	has	also	
led	a	number	of	digital	innovation,	product	and	research	roles	at	comScore,	and	at	Crowd	Science	
which	he	co-founded	and	was	acquired	by	YuMe	where	he	pioneered	research	in	virtual	reality,	
neuroscience	and	connected	television.		
	
As	a	regular	speaker	at	research	and	media	conferences,	including	IIeX,	ARF,	IAB	and	Variety,	Paul	
was	a	recipient	of	the	IAB	Service	Excellence	Award	in	2015.
