  3. The Plate Data Analytics Collectionis a toolkit designed to enable developers to build protocols for processing plate-based assay data within Pipeline Pilot. Using the collection, plate data from low throughput screening, high throughput screening (HTS), High Content Screening (HCS) and other types of biological assay can be set up, processed, analysed, visualized and reported on by screening biologists and other scientists.
