WEAKNESSES, you can
manage and eliminate
THREATS that would
otherwise catch you
unawares.
Strengths and weaknesses are often internal
factors, while opportunities and threats
generally relate to external factors. For this
reason, SWOT is sometimes called Internal-
External.
STEP 1: Identify strengths and weaknesses from
both your own point of view and that of others,
including those you serve or deal with.
STEP 2:You need to enhance your weakness to
compete with the best.
STEP 3: Opportunities provide you the reasons
that you or your business would prosper.

Here’s A Wonderful
Story You would want
to know!!!
A 10-year-old boy decided to study judo
despite the fact that he had lost his left arm
in a devastating car accident.
The boy began lessons with an old Japanese
judo master.
He was doing well, so he couldn't
understand why, after three months of
training the master had taught him only one
move.
The boy asked his
teacher to teach him
more moves. The
teacher replied "This is
the only move you know,
but this is the only move
you'll ever need to
know.”
The boy did not
understand but believed
his teacher and
continued practicing.
When the tournament started the
boy won the first three matches
easily and moving ahead he soon
reached the Finals!
This time, his opponent was bigger, stronger, and more experienced.
Concerned that the boy might get hurt the referee called a time-out.
He was about to stop the match when the teacher intervened and
asked the referee to continue.
When the match resumed, the
opponent dropped his guard and boy
played his move to pin him.
THE BOY WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
While walking back home
the boy gathered courage
and asked the teacher,
“How did I win
tournament with only
ONE move?”
The teacher replied “You won for
two reasons."
"First, you've almost mastered one
of the MOST difficult moves in all of
Judo!
Second, the only known defense for
that move is for your opponent to
grab your LEFT ARM.”

  • 28. A 10-year-old boy decided to study judo despite the fact that he had lost his left arm in a devastating car accident. The boy began lessons with an old Japanese judo master. He was doing well, so he couldn't understand why, after three months of training the master had taught him only one move.
  • 29. The boy asked his teacher to teach him more moves. The teacher replied "This is the only move you know, but this is the only move you'll ever need to know.” The boy did not understand but believed his teacher and continued practicing.
