The survey results show that:
- 89.98% of respondents always consume products/services with halal labels while 10.02% do not.
- The top reasons for not always consuming halal labeled products were difficulty finding suitable products and indifference to halal labels.
- 84.48% of respondents said they would consume an unfamiliar brand if it had a halal label.
- Food, medicine, and restaurants were considered the most important types of products/services to have halal labels by respondents.
- Additional product categories suggested to have halal labels included beverages, clothing, and cosmetics.
