Successful Change:
Lessons from Recent Programmes
Andrew Dalgleish, Ian Pickard and Mark Vincent
25 March 2025
Why do some efforts to change the
organisations we work within seem to thrive
resulting in great outcomes while others get
stuck with little to show?
Change is now a constant in many of the
projects and programmes we work within.
Being able to adapt our operation,
processes and culture is a key element to
project and programme success.
What sort of approaches really seem to
accelerate our change programmes and
what, alternatively, are the actions, that are
sometimes taken, that can leave our
change efforts with little to show.
