Tabletop Exercise (time: 2min) Each Table Choose just one top-to-down workflow that frustrates people (employees, customers or both!) the most every week and answer: • Where do we repeatedly lose time, money or quality? • What decision would improve if we had the right context faster? • What judgment must remain human? One person per table “Our first AI opportunity is ______ because ______.” Key Takeaway: “AI transformation begins with ____________, and not a __________ !”
The AI Paradox Massive adoption. Minimal impact. 88% use AI in at least one function 39% see EBIT impact 78% adoption in 2024 up from 55% in 2023 95% GenAI deployments report zero P&L impact (MIT) AI is mainstream. Business value is not!
Why Value Lags? 01 Pilots ≠ Production Two-thirds of AI pilots never scale. Stuck in experimentation purgatory. 02 Workflows Not Redesigned Only 21% fundamentally reimagine processes around AI. 03 Infrastructure Not Ready Just 25% of execs are confident in their data and governance foundation. AI is not a technology change. It is an organizational transformation. Tools and Tokens don’t matter as much a minute saved or dollar earned!
