The document presents a novel method for reversible data hiding (RDH) in encrypted images, which reserves space for data embedding before encryption, thus allowing for lossless recovery of both image and data. This technique utilizes a hyper chaotic function for data shuffling and includes a digital watermark for integrity verification, outperforming existing RDH methods in visual quality and payload capacity. The proposed method demonstrates real reversibility and ensures data extraction and image recovery free from errors.
