3. Banning alcohol in the workplace to avoid liability from employee DUIs, following clients' example.
4. Removing unhealthy candies from kitchens to reduce health claims and premiums, instead providing healthy foods like clients Bloomberg do for shift workers.

The system integrates stand- and forest-level operations over a planning horizon using heuristic optimization methods. It incorporates growth modeling, carbon accounting, cost data and timber/carbon prices to generate optimal management schedules and harvest plans. Results from a case study show managing for both timber and carbon leads to lower carbon storage than managing for carbon alone, and that timber production and carbon capture can conflict as objectives. Sensitivity analysis identified timber price, growth rates and production quotas as highly influential parameters.

Ele também assinou contratos prejudiciais e está processando judicialmente o clube, enquanto deixou-o em crise financeira e desportiva. A direção atual defende-se e quer reconstruir um clube sustentável.
