BEFORE WE START
Dear Reader,
Since 2011 Roamler has come a long way.
Year a er year, we have seen our company
facing more complex challenges and
extending its footprint in Europe and across
different markets.
With this annual report, we want to provide
you with interesting facts and the most
relevant figures about our activity in 2019.
From Crowd Management, to Sales, IT
developments, Operations and Marketing,
all our professionals have worked towards
a common goal: changing the way people
work through technological innovations and
the flexibility of a task-lead approach.

A VISION OF THE FUTURE
Since 2011, Roamler has been changing the
way people work by empowering both
businesses and individuals with freedom,
flexibility and efficiency. We believe that
separating jobs into specific tasks leads to a
more efficient use of resources for businesses
and, at the same time, opens up new pos-
sibilities for people. rough our technology
we help companies capture value by tapping
into the skillsets and motivation of individuals
who are already in the right locations.
Roamler relies on a Crowd of hundreds of
thousands of individuals and independent
professionals spread across Europe who
want to be fully in charge of their careers and
time. 2019 has been a year of growth and
development for Roamler. anks to the
commitment and dedication of our
international teams, we saw all our entities
across Europe grow within the Retail
sector, acquiring the trust and cooperation of
leading brands on the market.
Roamler Techn reported outstanding growth,
proving that crowdsourcing is the
future of work for both companies and
independent professionals. Finally, we
launched Roamler Care and started to
perform the first Crowd-based tasks within
healthcare in the Netherlands.
In 2020 we want to reach more ambitious
targets by providing our clients with more
specialized Crowds of professionals active
in merchandising, sales, in-home installa-
tions and care. is year will see the launch of
Roamler Tech in the UK and preparations for
the launch in Germany.
2019 IN NUMBERS
During 2019, Roamler operated in 26 international
markets running both national projects and more than
260 multi-country projects. Our active community visit-
ed more than 300.000 unique locations and took more
than 6 million photos.
With a client-return rate of 77%, Roamler recorded
36% growth and was named by Deloitte as one of the
top 50 fastest growing companies in the Netherlands.
