outstanding customer service to our
clients, resolve interpersonal conflict
effectively, and work productively as a
team. In everyday settings, we are
proactive, offer assistance and look for
ways to go above-and-beyond in our work.
This positive attitude helps us to cooperate
with co-workers and managers and
respond to constructive criticism with
the desire to improve. Each of us strives
to inspire our colleagues and business
partners with our tenacious thirst for
excellence. Each and every one of us acts
and is treated like we are our own business
owners; we see the value and impact our
choices and efforts have on the company.
Our employees want to be at work and

2. DECISIVENESS & ACCOUNTABILITY
HOW CAN I BE DECISIVE
AND ACCOUNTABLE?
In our independent work, we are empowered to
take ownership and aspire to produce results for
the success of the company as a whole. We value
and execute the ability to make objective, critical
decisions, regardless of limited means, time, or
difficult and demanding circumstances. Our
judicious view allows us to integrate our corporate
values and standards into every imperative decision.
Our accountability allows us to take responsibility
and confidently stand behind our decisions. In
holding ourselves accountable, we recognize there
is always room for improvement and that we can

“Man must cease attributing his problems to his environment,
and learn again to exercise his will – his personal responsibility.”

3. FREEDOM & INDEPENDENCE
HOW CAN I EMBODY
FREEDOM AND
INDEPENDENCE?
As a company, we strive to uphold an
atmosphere of freedom and independence.
This environment empowers us and
maintains a happier, more motivated and
committed team. Our autonomy avoids
micromanaging and creates a catalyst for
pride in development. The independence in
our workplace drives us to re-conceptualize
ideas to discover practical and more
innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
We offer flexible work schedules and time
off to reinforce the precedence we hold on
our employees’independence. We do not
measure ourselves by the number of late
evenings at work; we measure ourselves by
the quality and effectiveness of the work we
accomplish.
“For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in
a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.”
– Nelson Mandela

5. COURAGE
HOW CAN I BE COURAGEOUS? We believe, along with recognizing and
confronting uncertainty, courage is crucial
to making the difficult yet necessary
decisions in the workplace. To resolve
pressing, difficult issues it is vital to be
courageous enough to have challenging
conversations with the appropriate
people to tackle any issue that may arise.
Furthermore, we exhibit courage by always
working to push boundaries because we
understand that the potential to produce
the most impacting results outweighs the
risk of failure.
“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is

You make the difficult and
correct decisions
You are willing to try something
new
You have faith in yourself and

6. SELFLESSNESS
HOW CAN I BE SELFLESS? We are not driven to succeed exclusively
for our own benefit. We are not motivated
to succeed solely to be the one to earn
credit. In truly caring about the greater
good of our company, we have the power
and passion to achieve monumental
results as a united front. We focus on
building relationships that will effectively
benefit the company, putting our own
personal agendas aside. We work with
the appropriate business partners to
execute strategies that accomplish mutual,
long-term goals, demonstrating our
commitment to these relationships,
despite personal ambitions. At the end of
the day, a Revcontent employee’s ability to

An email arrives in everyone’s inbox bearing one month’s notice and the newest set
of rules, followed by weekly reminders counting down. Taunting, teasing, and smack
talking lead to the inevitable visit by the Commissioner (“The Commish”), with their
target’s name. Over the next hour everyone prepares in their own way for the compe-
tition. Alliances are forged, and friendships are put on hold, because it’s about to get real up in
here. Each one holds out some small hope their name won’t appear in the daily“Butcher’s Bill”,
but they know deep down that the odds are stacked against them. Then it begins...
No one wants to be the first one killed, and by extension the subject of The Commish’s rid-
icule for the rest of the game. The sounds of running feet, plastic slides chambering round
after round, the pop of spring-loaded pneumatic pumps, battery powered motors revving up
to speed, and the sound of Nerf darts whizzing across the room fill the air. Slowly but surely,
more and more competitors shuffle, crestfallen to their desks, having felt the soft thud of Nerf.
