It is a sad fact that finding qualified candidates for open positions has
grown to be a challenging endeavor for an organization's human
resource management. In Odoo, we can manage this easily by using the
recruitment module

● In recruitment module, there are 3 menus
○ Application
○ Reporting
○ Configuration

4. Enterprise
● By opening the recruitment module, we can see the all job
positions available and the number of applications
● In a job position, we can specify the target number of new
applications, Department, Process of recruitment,
employment type, Is the job is published or not etc.

● In job position, we can view the number of applications and
in which stage the applicant is currently in.
● We can edit the current stage by clicking the settings icon of
the corresponding stage.
● We can create new stage by click on the stage option at the
end of last stage.

● By clicking the three dot of job position view, we can view the
Application, Schedule activity, Trackers, and also view the
reporting based on the job position
