Scope:
 Plasma has built, hosts and is maintaining and supporting
the AT&T Enterprise Certification process for Devices on
AT&T’s network. The process permits OEMs to submit Devices
for certification on AT&T’s wireless network.
 Plasma’s platform allows OEMs, labs, the carrier team, legal,
etc. to access the device details in a single location from the
web. All users log into a single location for updating records,
tracking defects, electronically signing agreements, and all
other steps through the generating of TA letters. API hooks into
defect tracking tools like HP Quality Center and networking
reporting systems streamline the process further.
 Plasma has replaced all spreadsheet tracking, offline forms,
paper legal agreements, and has enabled one click email for
approvals. The certification process is now done in a single
location with audits and rules in place to eliminate human error.
 The On-boarding process for AT&T EDO team has reduced
time to market for their new and emerging devices used for
wirelessly connected consumer or business devices. The
Onboarding tool developed shortens the path to get a new
product to the market, makes it easy for developers to submit
their device online, electronically sign legal documents, and
track bugs and issues opened by AT&T’s test lab.

Scope:
 Built on Plasma C2M Workflow (Earlier, it is
called Fusion BPM), the AT&T Sponsored Data
project was built to automate the process of on-
boarding content providers and data sponsors for
AT&T’s new toll-free data initiatives.
 Content Providers can access the platform,
request a manifest certificate via a trial sandbox
and when they are ready, request production
certificates for loading into their applications.
 Plasma’s deployment integrates with CSI, PRM,
Ericsson, Enabler, and eCDW via Zettics through API,
http-post, and batch processes.
 By creating a tiered role-based application,
content from providers can be approved online by
Business Support Managers, Process
Administrators, and CTO.
 The processes put in place will allow the high
visibility AT&T initiative to seamlessly bring on new
