This document summarizes a software project for a student project management application. The application allows professors to assign projects and tasks to students or teams, set deadlines, and view and grade submissions. Students can see assigned work, submit solutions, form teams, and exchange tasks if permitted.  This application is meant to help

 It offers an online interface for assigning
projects and tasks to students or student
teams.

 The professor has an administration
panel where he can create projects and
tasks, set deadlines, view submitted
project solutions and give grades.
 The students can see what projects
have been assigned to them, submit
solutions, form teams and exchange
tasks if the professor allows it.
