Introduction
Welcome to our presentation about the user-
centered design thinking process and our journey to
this point.
Our goal was to use a human-centered approach to
improve electric car features while tackling security
issues related to driving.

Stake holders
 Stakeholder Groups: public, non-owners of electric cars, and owners of
electric cars
 Learnings from Conversations: Individual interviews yielded insightful
information about features of electric cars and driving safety.The Value of
Fully Stated Expectations By clearly defining expectations and posing
clarifying questions, we were able to learn more about the experiences of
our stakeholders.

systems was brought to light by the thorough study and discussions on
decision-making scenarios conducted by owners of electric cars.

 User Experiences and Quotes: Including user experiences and quotes
helped highlight the opportunities and challenges we encountered along
the way.
 Visual Representation: To enhance our storytelling, journey maps and
empathy maps provided a visual representation of the user experience.

Credibility for Potential POVs/HMWs
 Problem Definition: Synthesizing stakeholder insights, journey maps, and
empathy maps helped define the problem statement. Proposed Solutions:
Points of View (POVs) and How Might We (HMW) questions were
proposed based on stakeholder feedback and experiences.

Conclusion
 Thought: We learned a great deal from our experience using the user-
centered design thinking approach.
 Continuous Learning: focusing on the value of ongoing education and
adaptability when creating designs for new projects.
