Features User Management System: Each student has their own login and their own unique pages. User Notification System: Receive and send emails between students and advisors. Alert System: notify students for calendar events and documents due dates. Calendar: a customized calendar that allows advisor to post new events and announcements to students. Progress bar: students see a progress bar based on a percent of completed program pre- departure requirements. Forms: Students are be able to submit all data to forms which get stored on their account.
Login as Advisor Advisors each have their own secure login to monitor the progress of their students.
Advisor Programs are divided up to make accessing student information easy.
Homepage All Incoming messages are consolidated in one central area. Advisors can easily manage communication that is logged directly into the system and the student’s file, replacing emails.
Students list Pre-depature progress for each student is tracked and visible to the advisor, who is able to automate reminders for students falling behind.
Login as Student The student side of the portal is a one stop shop for everything the student needs. • Location Information • Webinar Recordings • Uploading Required Documents • Calendar of Events • Direct Messaging to Advisor • Career Development Program
Student Homepage The portal is customized to each student, pulling their information to and from a central database. This allows for quick access to information for both student and advisor. Progress bar tracks what still needs to be completed.
About Location A wealth of knowledge is found in the location specific section of the portal, including public transport guides, history, workplace culture, and external resources.
Career Development Global Experiences’ Award Winning Career Development Program is administered through the portal. Workshops, videos, coaching sessions, and webinars are all accessible through the career development section.
