This document provides instructions for establishing a basic GPS network, referred to as a "poor man's GPS network", using minimal equipment and field work. It describes setting up two base stations (AAAA and BBBB) and collecting data at various rover points (CCCC, DDDD) to determine coordinates. While quick and inexpensive, the accuracy of this approach depends on the user's field testing and processing methods, as minimal control points are used. The instructions are intended to help users satisfy basic coordinate requirements for survey projects on a low budget.
