Financial Planning for Pakistani Youth 2015

To set up a company in Punjab, Pakistan, there are several steps that must be completed. First, a company name must be reserved online through the SECP portal. Then, digital signatures must be obtained and registration forms completed on the SECP portal. Once the name is obtained, an NTN must be acquired from the FBR and sales tax registration applied for. There is also a shortcut registration process through the VOSS portal to register with SECP, FBR and EOBI simultaneously. Additional registrations with the Punjab excise and taxation department, PESSI, EOBI, labour department and PRA are also required. The total estimated costs for fast track company incorporation in Pakistan are Rs. 44,000
