本投影片初步介紹Unity 3D的內建Shader: Normal Shader Family,這一家族的渲染需要使用基礎貼圖、法向量貼圖、反光貼圖、視差貼圖。

一般在遊戲科系當中,遊戲設計的專業能力不易訓練。我們建議使用一種名為原型製作(Prototyping)的方法,讓學習者在不需考量太多美術或程式的情況下,可以練習遊戲中抽象而不易掌握的機制與規則。本文以超級戰艦(Battleship)和逆流而上(Up the River)兩個遊戲作為範例,說明原始的遊戲與修改提要,亦展示實際的學生修改範例。我們也提出了如何在為期一個學期的課程當中,透過以原型設計為核心的五個課程模組,可以訓練學生的遊戲設計能力。原型設計應用於遊戲設計教學除了有很高的實用性之外,在教學過程當中衍生的許多研究議題,也非常值得學者做進一步的研究。
In this keynote presentation, Matthew will review the workflow process DeWalt used to capture an entire 200,000 sq.ft building in just 2 days with the use of a FARO Focus3D Laser Scanner, register the entire project without the use of any scan targets using SCENE, and upload the data using a new web-based application known as Web Share Cloud. This workflow solved many of the complications in the beginning stages of this project, and will continue to help the project through its lifecycle over the next couple years.
