furnaces that revolutionized the world of hot forging: a new
production concept that is more competitive and

ORIGINS
The history of the company begins 40 years ago with the family business Metalúrgica Domingo S.A., founded in 1981. The company specialized in traditional forging of brass
products such as valves and fittings. One of the founders, Manel Domingo, worked with his father. His restless mind never stopped inventing the automation of traditional
mechanical presses, the only ones on the market back then. Manel looked for ways to improve, speed up and automate the various stages of stamping, until he was able to
transform the established presses into a completely new and innovative concept. These modified machines have generated a lot of interest from other brass manufacturers.
And at some point, Manel decided to devote himself exclusively to the production of presses, instead of brass parts. He proposed founding a new company called Neotecman
to Carles Esteve, who had been working as a stamping machine maintenance technician at Metalúrgica Domingo S.A. for 10 years. Carles was fully engaged in electronics,
hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics at the plant. It was a radical and bold decision, but Manel took a chance and sold Metalúrgica Domingo S.A. Thus, in 2004, the world
saw the first punching system including furnace, bar cutting system and press officially manufactured by Neotecman. It was the R.28, with a single vertical punch to handle
bars up to 28 mm in diameter. After some years, a much more complex press was developed and manufactured, which already had 4 horizontal and 1 vertical punches, a
model which still has its predominant place on our catalogue and of course, on the market.

NEOTECMAN develops and manufactures complete solutions for hot, flash-free
stamping of brass and aluminum.
The solutions designed, manufactured and programmed by NEOTECMAN

Neotecman has managed to implement in one machine the entire technology of the whole process, which in traditional technology takes up to 13 technical operations and
requires the use of at least 4 different machines. Optimized logistics: automatic processes for transforming bars into forged parts. Less work, less risks. The machine works
without vibration and does not require of any special installation.

Traditional stamping production requires at least three
operators for three different work areas. Thanks to the
advanced Neotecman system, only one operator is
required for the entire process.
The customer may choose the type furnace system:
gas or induction
An exclusive bar cutting and flash free forging system
optimizes the material used to make each part.
The traditional system has always required three
different work areas with their own logistics bases for
materials. The Neotecman system requires only one
workspace with one loading and unloading of material.
Functional design and process automation provide a
significant reduction in the time required for part format
changeover.

• At Neotecman, we strongly believe that producing the highest quality
equipment is not enough. We ensure that our hot forging systems produce
the final parts as intended by the customers. The Die Design Department
offers comprehensive support, from the preparation of the first production
feasibility study of the requested parts to the delivery of machine tested and
ready-to-use dies.
• We constantly strive to optimize product weight and try to produce up to 4
parts per cycle (depending on part weight and morphology) in order to
increase productivity. Neotecman billet cutting technology allows to forge
parts of different weights in one cycle.
• Our own CNC machines allow us to produce, test and, if necessary,
immediately correct inaccuracies on the dies.

MAINTENANCE AND ONLINE SUPPORT
A team of trained technicians offers worldwide technical support, remote or onsite, as well as machine
learning and predictive maintenance.

  • 4. www.neotecman.com ORIGINS The history of the company begins 40 years ago with the family business Metalúrgica Domingo S.A., founded in 1981. The company specialized in traditional forging of brass products such as valves and fittings. One of the founders, Manel Domingo, worked with his father. His restless mind never stopped inventing the automation of traditional mechanical presses, the only ones on the market back then. Manel looked for ways to improve, speed up and automate the various stages of stamping, until he was able to transform the established presses into a completely new and innovative concept. These modified machines have generated a lot of interest from other brass manufacturers. And at some point, Manel decided to devote himself exclusively to the production of presses, instead of brass parts. He proposed founding a new company called Neotecman to Carles Esteve, who had been working as a stamping machine maintenance technician at Metalúrgica Domingo S.A. for 10 years. Carles was fully engaged in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics at the plant. It was a radical and bold decision, but Manel took a chance and sold Metalúrgica Domingo S.A. Thus, in 2004, the world saw the first punching system including furnace, bar cutting system and press officially manufactured by Neotecman. It was the R.28, with a single vertical punch to handle bars up to 28 mm in diameter. After some years, a much more complex press was developed and manufactured, which already had 4 horizontal and 1 vertical punches, a model which still has its predominant place on our catalogue and of course, on the market.

  • 7. www.neotecman.com Unified NEOTECMAN system Traditional hot forging system 13 steps, 6 transports, 3 operators only 6 steps, 2 vehicles, 1 operator Neotecman has managed to implement in one machine the entire technology of the whole process, which in traditional technology takes up to 13 technical operations and requires the use of at least 4 different machines. Optimized logistics: automatic processes for transforming bars into forged parts. Less work, less risks. The machine works without vibration and does not require of any special installation.

COPPER MATERIALS SAVING TIME SAVING LOGISTICS ENERGY ALTERNATIVES LESS OPERATORS SAVING MATERIALS Traditional stamping production requires at least three operators for three different work areas. Thanks to the advanced Neotecman system, only one operator is required for the entire process. The customer may choose the type furnace system: gas or induction An exclusive bar cutting and flash free forging system optimizes the material used to make each part. The traditional system has always required three different work areas with their own logistics bases for materials. The Neotecman system requires only one workspace with one loading and unloading of material. Functional design and process automation provide a significant reduction in the time required for part format changeover.

The Die Design Department offers comprehensive support, from the preparation of the first production feasibility study of the requested parts to the delivery of machine tested and ready-to-use dies. • We constantly strive to optimize product weight and try to produce up to 4 parts per cycle (depending on part weight and morphology) in order to increase productivity. Neotecman billet cutting technology allows to forge parts of different weights in one cycle. • Our own CNC machines allow us to produce, test and, if necessary, immediately correct inaccuracies on the dies.
