The Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Limited (APSFL) is a flagship project of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) led by N Chandrababu Naidu, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The APSFL project was launched in 2015 and has been hailed as a revolutionary initiative that has transformed the state's telecommunications infrastructure. The APSFL project was aimed at providing high-speed internet connectivity to the rural and remote areas of Andhra Pradesh. The project involved laying over 24,000 km of fiber optic cable across the state to connect all the villages and towns with high-speed internet. This project with the help of some of the Top TDP Leaders and Top TDP MLAs was also aimed at providing last-mile connectivity to government offices, hospitals, schools, and other public institutions.
