Остановившись поодаль, и стали громко просить Его: «Иисус, смилуйся над нами!» As Jesus entered a village one day, ten men with leprosy approached him. These men stood at a distance and called out to Jesus. “Jesus, have mercy on us!”
Иисус, увидев их, сказал: — Ступайте и покажитесь священникам. (По Закону Моисея священник должен засвидетельствовать, что человек, болевший проказой, выздоровел.) Jesus saw them and told them, “Go, show yourselves to the priest.” (According to the law at that time, the priests needed to certify that a person was actually cured from leprosy).
Они пошли и в дороге очистились от проказы. The men obeyed and as they went, they were healed!
Один из них, увидев, что исцелился, вернулся к Иисусу. Он пав к ногам Иисуса, благодарил Его. One man, when he saw he was healed, turned back. He knelt at Jesus’ feet and thanked him.
Спросил Иисус. — Разве не все десять очистились от язв? Где же остальные девять? Неужели ни один из них не возвратился воздать хвалу Богу? Jesus then asked “Weren’t ten healed? Where are the others? Has no one else returned to thank God except this man?”

Every day is filled with happy moments that we could thank God for, if we paused to acknowledge them.
