Introduction
In this slide, we’ll discuss on how to create Meetings & Channels
in Odoo 18 Discuss module. Odoo's Discuss module is a
powerful tool for internal communication and collaboration. It
offers features like meetings and channels to facilitate seamless
teamwork and knowledge sharing.

We can dive into the discuss module to create the meetings. For
that we can click on Start Meeting button.

4. Enterprise
After starting the meeting, we can invite people to the meeting by
clicking on the icon shown below. From there we can choose the
people and click on Invite to group chat button.

After inviting we can see the members in the meeting at the top.

By clicking on the 3 dots in the call screen, we have the options to
raise hand in the meeting, to share the screen and also to enter full
screen.

For notification settings, we can click on the bell icon so that we
have the option to mute channel for different time.

By clicking on attachment icon, we can share any attachments to
the conversation.

Similarly using the pin icon, we can pin messages and view the
pinned messages.

By clicking on the members icon, we can see the members in the
meeting and also view the details who are online and offline.

Now to create the channel, we can click on the + icon in the
channels section.

We can provide the name of the channel and click on Create
button.

Now the channel has been created and we can send messages to
the channel and also all description to the channel.

We can react to a message, reply to the message and star a
message and also have the option to pin, mark as unread, create
thread etc by clicking on the message.

Also in addition to text messages, we can send emojis, GIF,
attachments and voice messages to the channel.
