management, lab management, drug safety, report generation,
staff management, outpatient management, and so much more.

Developing a plan to develop the reception
department
1. A reception goal should be to always provide quality
customer service.
2. Training of reception on policies of hospital and requirements
of its job when hiring and every year to refresh its
information
3. should staying positive when challenges arise and coming up
with innovative solutions.
4. Reception should have time management skills for creating a
schedule for the day , handle multiple tasks at a time and
prioritization its work.
5. Good communication skills are at the top of the list of
desirable qualities.
6. Reception should take complete patient information of full
name , date of birth , mobile number , chronic disease , drug
administered to have complete medical record of all patient.
7. Improve reception waiting area for patient through cleaning ,
ventilation , water supply for patients.
8. Put a box for suggestions and complaints.
Developing a plan to develop the reception
department
1. Cleaning and sanitation are important goals for outpatient
clinic.
2. waiting area provided with monitoring cameras for security
of patient.
3. Training the staff on policies of hospital and hiring efficient
and qualified employees.
4. Should provided with fire extinguishers for ensure patient and
staff safety.
5. Doctors should maintain the confidentiality of patient
information.
6. Provided with the latest equipment to provide better care for
patient.
7. Measure the performance of clinic regularly to identify area
of improvement
Developing a plan to develop out patient clinic
1. All patients enter the hospital must wear mask.
2. All staff of the hospital must wear mask and make hand
washing in the beginning of the day and regularly over the
day.
3. Rest time should be divided between employees to avoid over
crowding.
4. Good ventilation for all areas in the hospital.
5. Regular cleaning and disinfection and safe waste
management.
6. Suspected employees should be tested for corona virus and
rested for five days.
7. Encourage employees to take a vaccine for corona virus.
Developing a plan to combat and prevent the
emerging corona virus
1. Ensure working according to policies and procedures of the
hospital.
2. Handling patient complaints.
3. Make daily and regular round in different area of hospital for
maintenance issues, quality of services provided to patient.
4. Maintain organized and complete medical records of patient.
5. Monthly doing of financial report.
6. Facilitate communication with physicians , nurses and other
staff
7. Follow up the process of cleaning and disinfection of the
hospital.
Job description of Administrative
1. Perform routine procedure as blood pressure , temperature
measurement and taking samples.
2. Follow up patient and provide treatment according to
physician order.
3. Record medical history and symptoms of patient.
4. Communicate effective with patient and provide support for
it.
5. Training of new hiring nurses
6. Assist surgeons during operation.
7. Follow the policies of safety, quality and infection control.
Job description of Nurse
1. Conduct routine check up for patients to evaluate their health
condition.
2. Record the diagnosis of the patient or other significant
information as allergy.
3. Prescribe lab test for patient if necessary.
4. Prescribe medication for patient and instructions for
administration.
5. Consulting with other physicians when necessary and
working with other staff as nurses.
6. Advise patient on life style and diet change to improve their
health
7. Follow the policies of safety, quality and infection control.
