Development of a digital skills repository for the network
division of the telecommunication company. Performing
skills assessments and providing a matching prognosis
for the applied new roles during a reorganization.
Required roles and responsibilities were assumed
based on market trends and best practice.
Development of a digital skills repository within 12
different job families to provide a career pathway into
middle- and high-skill jobs in the downstream business .
The skills repository served as an input for an HR
System in order to perform all activities with regard to
the HR life cycle of an employee of OiLibya.

future-proven and market-oriented job and skill profiles,
design of an user-centric IT Tool for skill assessment,
establishment of a standardized qualification derivation

an investment holding company. Detecon supported
Top Management in its need to develop the necessary
organisational structure and future skills demands, to
ensure that business achieves competitive advantage
through its human capital strategy and proper
implementation. Skills and competency assessment
were performed for all executives and staff.

Performing skills assessments and providing a matching prognosis for the applied new roles during a reorganization. Required roles and responsibilities were assumed based on market trends and best practice. Development of a digital skills repository within 12 different job families to provide a career pathway into middle- and high-skill jobs in the downstream business . The skills repository served as an input for an HR System in order to perform all activities with regard to the HR life cycle of an employee of OiLibya.
