 Use RF Propagation models
 2 Raster based .grd layers convert to classification
vector layers for coverage (Good, Better, Best)
 RSSI - RasterCellCoercer -> creates polygons the same
size as raster cell.
 Inside Point replacer -> creates point at center
 Ctol – RasterCellCoercer
 PointOnArea Overlayer -> so we can get Ctol and RSSI values
associated with the same Polygon
 Attribute Creator -> Assign Category depending on RSSI
and Ctol values
 Aggregate and Dissolve, Smoothed, Loaded to SQL Server
