Aside from her professional engagements, Montgomery McFate donates to Save the Bay, an organization dedicated to preserving Rhode Island’s Narragansett Bay. Part of the preservation includes participation in the annual International Coastal Cleanup, the largest volunteer effort for cleaning beaches in the world.
