          Challenge:
          An internationally renowned high performance automotive engineering
          company needed high performance engineering talent. The organization
          had eliminated one of their suppliers and was having difficulty finding
          candidates that fit their industry-specific technical requirements and
          financial targets. They needed talent and they needed it fast.


          Results:
          Within 24 hours of receiving the orders, using our well-developed
          networks, online resources and engineering savvy, Experis was able to
          deliver 14 resumes for a dozen key positions. The client immediately
          began interviewing and four were hired within four days. Within two
