To handle price differences between
Terminal and Label, Customer can
request Refund and Cashier can give the
Customer the changes. For example, the
price printed on the label is Rp. 5,000
and the price when scanned in Terminal
is Rp.6,000, then the excess is Rp.1,000;

transaction of Rp.1,000 to the Customer
11. Reprint Function
When needed, Cashier can reprint the
Receipt, by inputting the desired
transaction number, or reprint the last
transaction.

Transaction receipts can be printed
twice, where the second receipt is for
Cashier’s archive on certain payment
media such as a debit card or credit
card. This feature is configurable so that

EoD (End of Day) is mechanism to: a) consolidated
daily transaction into financial reports , b) change
the business date to announce the end of day and
start another business date.
EoD is able to run manually as well as
automatically and it tooks only a couple of seconds.
It is only able to run after all Terminal is closed, and
shutdown when finished.

PROMOTION COMBINATION
Several promotions will be applied based on Promotion
Validation to get the lowest and best price. Promotion
Validation settings based on the following rules:
1. No Priority
Example:
a. Item A has a Markdown Promotion of 10% and 30%.
These promotions have the same layer of
promotion, the biggest discount taken from item A
is 30%.
b. Item B has promotion buy 1 get 1 free and
purchases of 1 item A and 1 item B will get a 50%
discount on item B. Because this promotion has
the same promotion layer, the biggest discount
taken from item B is buy 1 free 1.
c. The price of item C is Rp. 10,000. Item C has a
discount of Rp. 2000. As well as item C also has
a promotion buy 2, you will get a 50% discount
on purchasing item 3. Because these two
promotions have different layer, then the two
promotions will be calculated on item C.

2. Best Price
Example:
a. The price for item A is IDR 17,000. Item A has
a Markdown promotion with a special price of
IDR 15,000. With a member discount,
customers will get item A at a special price of
IDR 12,000. If the promotion validation is set
based on the Best Price then if the customer
has a member card then he will get item A at
a special price of IDR 12,000
b. The price of item B is IDR 25,000. Item B has a
special price promo of Rp. 10,000 with a
maximum purchase of 3 item B. As well as item
B which also has a promo for buying 2 item B,
you will get a special price of Rp. 17,000. If these
two promotions are arranged based on Best
Price, if a customer buys 2 item B, they will get a
special price of IDR 17,000. Whereas if the
customer buys 3 item B, the customer will get a
special price promo of IDR 17,000 for purchasing
2 item B and the 3rd item will get a special price
of IDR 10,000. Then the customer only pays IDR
27,000 for purchasing 3 item B.

Example:
a. Item A has a 10% discount and purchasing 2
items B will get a 15% discount on item A.
With promotion validation based on Apply All,
customers will get a 10% + 15% discount for
item A.
b. Purchasing all supermarket items with a
minimum purchase of Rp. 100,000 will get a
discount of Rp. 5,000 for purchasing item B.
Item B also has a Markdown promo discount of
Rp. 1,500. With promo validation based on Apply
All, the discounted price obtained for item B is
Rp. 6,500 for purchasing supermarket items of
at least Rp. 100,000.

b. Purchasing 2 items A will get a 30% discount on item
B. In addition, purchasing 3 items B will get a special
price of IDR 25,000. At the UI Promo, the promo for
buying 2 items A gets a 30% discount on item B, the
priority is set higher than the promo for buying 3
items B, getting a special price of IDR 25,000. If a
customer buys 3 items B, then the customer will get a
special price of IDR 25,000 for 3 items B. However, if
the customer buys 2 items A and 3 items B, then the
customer will get a 30% discount for 1 item B and 2
items B bought at normal price.

Example:
a. Item B has a special discount of IDR 5,000. In addition,
purchasing 2 item A will get a 50% discount. The
promo to buy 2 items A will get a 50% discount on
item B with a higher priority than Markdown with a
special discount of IDR 5,000 on item B. If customer
buy 1 item B, they will get a special discount of IDR
5,000 for item B. If customer buy 1 item A and 1 item B,
they will get a 50% discount for item B. If customer
buy 1 item A and 2 item B, they will get a special
discount of IDR 5,000 for 1 item B and a 50% discount

    PROMOTION COMBINATION Several promotionswill be applied based on Promotion Validation to get the lowest and best price. Promotion Validation settings based on the following rules: 1. No Priority Example: a. Item A has a Markdown Promotion of 10% and 30%. These promotions have the same layer of promotion, the biggest discount taken from item A is 30%. b. Item B has promotion buy 1 get 1 free and purchases of 1 item A and 1 item B will get a 50% discount on item B. Because this promotion has the same promotion layer, the biggest discount taken from item B is buy 1 free 1. c. The price of item C is Rp. 10,000. Item C has a discount of Rp. 2000. As well as item C also has a promotion buy 2, you will get a 50% discount on purchasing item 3. Because these two promotions have different layer, then the two promotions will be calculated on item C.

With a member discount, customers will get item A at a special price of IDR 12,000. If the promotion validation is set based on the Best Price then if the customer has a member card then he will get item A at a special price of IDR 12,000 b. The price of item B is IDR 25,000. Item B has a special price promo of Rp. 10,000 with a maximum purchase of 3 item B. As well as item B which also has a promo for buying 2 item B, you will get a special price of Rp. 17,000. If these two promotions are arranged based on Best Price, if a customer buys 2 item B, they will get a special price of IDR 17,000. Whereas if the customer buys 3 item B, the customer will get a special price promo of IDR 17,000 for purchasing 2 item B and the 3rd item will get a special price of IDR 10,000. Then the customer only pays IDR 27,000 for purchasing 3 item B.

However, if the customer buys 2 items A and 3 items B, then the customer will get a 30% discount for 1 item B and 2 items B bought at normal price. 4. Priority Example: a. Item B has a special discount of IDR 5,000. In addition, purchasing 2 item A will get a 50% discount. The promo to buy 2 items A will get a 50% discount on item B with a higher priority than Markdown with a special discount of IDR 5,000 on item B. If customer buy 1 item B, they will get a special discount of IDR 5,000 for item B. If customer buy 1 item A and 1 item B, they will get a 50% discount for item B. If customer buy 1 item A and 2 item B, they will get a special discount of IDR 5,000 for 1 item B and a 50% discount
