The study investigates the effects of Raja Yoga meditation on the physiological and psychological well-being of practitioners, revealing significant improvements in cardiovascular indicators and reductions in negative attributes such as addiction and mental stress. The research involved 100 participants, categorized into short-term and long-term meditators, and found consistent benefits across both groups, with long-term meditators reporting greater enhancements in well-being. The findings suggest that Raja Yoga meditation shifts autonomic balance favorably and promotes overall mental and physical health.
