In today’s post, I share some customer care quotes that I collected on the net
recently. Good customer care is at the heart of any serious business. Unless you are
the sole supplier of an item, poor customer service can destroy your business.
Your duty in customer care is to help your customers succeed. If they do you too will
be successful. Your success is dependent on meeting the needs of your customers.
You, therefore, need to be helpful and sympathetic to the complaints of your
customers. If they feel special and valued they will stick with you.
