3.  Client pays Initial Subscription fees of 15,000 inclusive of taxes.
 15,000 is the subscription fees for a Pack of 15 RightCallsTM.
 We recommend a notional exposure of 10 lakhs on each of the Base metals and
Crude.
 We will also suggest the no of lots to be traded so that the clients have
further clarity.
 The Client is charged only for RightCallsTM where the Position runs into a profit
of 7,000 or higher even once on our suggested exposure value.
 Any such RightCallsTM is deemed to be a successful ACE Commodity Call and
becomes Billable.
 Traders get an alert from us that the Calls is chargeable and they are free to
follow any of the following options.
 Book Full Profits and exit the position.
 In case of higher exposure than our suggested exposure we recommend to take part
profits and hold the balance with a trailing at cost stop loss. We keep giving the
updated levels and Follow ups based on the market conditions.
 We don’t keep more than 3 LIVE trading recommendations at any given point
in time.
 No charges in case the RIGHTCALL fails to hit the 7,000 profit hurdle rate.
