Crestworth was hired to value an Indian automotive filters company that was acquired by an Italian automotive major in order to determine the price for the family shareholders to divest their shares. Crestworth created financial projections of the company's value, did a tentative valuation per share, and negotiated hard with the investor to arrive at the best price per share that benefitted the family shareholders, allowing them to maximize the value received for divesting their shareholding.
