Pre-Lesson: Motivation
Pass the Ball Review | 5 minutes
1. Music plays while learners pass a ball around.
2. When the music stops, the learner holding the ball answers a review question.

Activity 1
REVIEW JEOPARDY | 20 minutes
1. The class is divided into four groups.
2. Each group is assigned a topic category to discuss and prepare for 10 minutes.

5. The FITT Principle
4. Groups present their review points; teacher clarifies and adds key details.
Activity 2
THINK — PAIR — SHARE | 15
minutes
1. Learners work with a partner. Each pair receives one situational question.
SAMPLE
2. Situation 1:
Maria sleeps only 4 hours nightly due to social media. Identify the risk factor, possible
consequence, and protective behavior.
Situation 2: Joshua plans to jog 4x a week for 40 minutes at moderate intensity. Identify the FITT
components.
4. Each pair shares answers with the class; teacher clarifies misconceptions.
Activity 3
"BEAT THE TEST!" | 15 minutes
1. Teacher presents 15 review questions similar to the summative test format.
2. Question types: Multiple Choice, Identification, Situational Analysis
3. Learners answer individually using mini whiteboards or answer sheets.
4. Immediate feedback follows each item to reinforce learning.
