INTRODUCTION The surface of the earth is not uniform but varied and uneven. IT is due to the millions of years of constant erosion and weather.
INTERIOR OF THE EARTH Earth is composed of several layers Having its own Function and differ in its different properties. Scientists discovered these layers through direct and in direct sources. Direct sources are found in Minie field , oil drills and volcanic eruption . Indirect sources are found in seismic waves of earthquakes .
Crust It is the upper most layer of the where we live. It contains both continents and ocean floor. Crust is not even everywhere the is thicker in continents which thinner in ocean flors ​
Mantle Beneath the curst is the mantle. Which contain molten and semi – molten layer called magma. The movement of this material is very important as it helps in the shaping of the earth. As we go deeper in the earth surface the heat and pressure increases the material in the mantle moves slowly and gradual changes happen In earth surface. ​
Core The inner most and densest layer of the is the core It is made of iron and nickel (NIFE) and has two layers the inner core and the outer core , the outer core is in a liquid state while the inner core is in a solid state due to the pressure. the
