Banrural, one of the largest banks in Guatemala, implemented CA Application Performance Management (CA APM) 10 to improve monitoring of its online banking application with 350,000 active users. Previously, Banrural struggled to quickly diagnose issues and detect performance degradations. With CA APM, Banrural can now easily monitor critical transactions and identify failed transactions. The monitoring team was trained to use CA APM and has since become skilled at making accurate diagnoses. Banrural plans to further integrate CA APM with CA App Experience Analytics to gain end-to-end visibility of its mobile apps.
