Abstract
Banrural	is	embarking	on	the	rollout	of	a	new	version	of	its	online	banking	
application	with	an	estimated	350,000	active	users	and	an	expected	growth	of	20	
percent	annually.	Banrural’s	IT	operations	team	is	expected	to	support	3,000	
concurrent	users	per	second.	Learn	how	CA	Application	Performance	Management	
(CA	APM)	10	took	center	stage	during	stress	testing	and	configurations	in	the	test	
environment,	helping	the	team	easily	monitor	the	performance	of	critical	business	
transactions	and	providing	traceability	of	failed	transactions	to	help	the	team	find	
solutions	quickly.	But	the	journey	doesn’t	end	there.	Banrural,	one	of	the	largest	
banks	in	Guatemala,	will	also	share	its	plans	to	integrate	CA	APM	10	with	CA	App	
Experience	Analytics	in	order	to	obtain	end-to-end	visibility	of	its	mobile	apps.
