Duties: Program Overview & Objectives:  
Street Team Flyering: 
▪ Provide us with a list of suggested sites for flyering the surrounding areas where the
seminars will take place. The places we have canvased in the past are locations such as
churches, community centers, malls, etc. Please concentrate on the surrounding areas
including the centers we are attending so the team can leave flyers
there.
 
▪ Suggest peak times for flyering for our target audience at these sites assuming they would
be flyering for 4 hours per day. In previous years we have done 8am-12pm since seniors are
most likely out in the mornings, but we are open to time change suggestions based on the
market.  
▪ Provide a daily check-in with main contact at mythic with photos of activity (e-mail, text or
call for check-in), record staff hours daily on provided sign-in sheets. 
▪ Oversee and manage 2 BAs each day. 
▪ Accept a shipment of event materials that includes flyers and staff t-shirts and transport
them around while flyering.  
▪ FM will receive 3 hours of pay for location research + 1 additional hour for
receiving/shipping off of shipment (flyers and shirts). 
▪ Keeping your team motivated and excited throughout their event will be very important! 
Seminar Events: 
▪ Assist with set-up and review key messages, talking points and tips for the event, which our
client will review with everyone during the phone training prior to the events.  
▪ Greet attendees upon arrival, distribute materials to attendees, recruit seniors to join the
seminars, support chef with sample distribution and set-up/breakdown of event. The
set-up consists of putting up rolling banners, setting-up tables and chairs, tables for the
cooking demo, organizing giveaways and seminar materials. 
▪ Assist with distributing food samples to the audience at the end of the cooking demo as
well as distributing any beverages. 
▪ Oversee and manage 2 BA each day 
▪ Upon the start of each seminar event, assign each BA to one of the following duties: (1)
Greet and welcome attendees and lead them to the sign-up table; (2) Sign-up table- make
sure to collect all attendees information- client will provide all sign-up sheets and will
explain the process in the training call; (3) Help lead attendees to their seats and make sure
they have the materials needed for seminar (Medicare guides and pens). 
▪ Help in all stations making sure each station is running its course.

company awareness, gaining exposure through various promotional activities.  These activities may include 
completing surveys to gain market research, as well as handing out promotional items.

Duties: Program Overview &  Objectives: 
● Using iPad’s, staff will  survey guests in bars in 
several U.S. cities.   Staff will only be 
conducting surveys.   There will be NO 
alcohol sampling.  Consumers that qualify AND complete the survey will be given $5 cash onsite.  
The goal is to accomplish 35 qualified and completed surveys per bar. 
● Staff will engage guests in bars to complete surveys using iPad’s. Questions will be about Bud Light 
­ Do you like it, drink it, how much…that sort of thing.  As an incentive, consumers will receive $5 
cash for completing the survey 
● Field Manager will conduct surveys with Brand Ambassador and take 2­5 Proof of Performance 
(POP) pictures throughout the activation.  In addition, FM will need to be able to accept a shipment 
of iPads and stop by a Western Union prior to working to pick up the money ($175) that will be given 
away at the bars.  The FM’s overall responsibility is to produce a flawless event that’s in­line with 
the client's marketing objectives.

inspired fun day on Saturday afternoon in­store featuring summer themed activities, games, and more 
debuting the newest member of the Surface family. Activities will include Family Game & Summer Craft 
area, Summer Movie/Cartoon area, photo activities, caricaturist area, Skype area, etc.  
• Basic set up and break down of the various activation area’s 
• Assist with product questions, restocking prepackaged food, answer questions 
• Helping with games/apps on tablets – everything from Summer Themed Word Search, Family Feud, 
Pictionary, Disney Games, etc.  
• Work photo booth area helping with props, taking pictures and printing off photos
