Benny the Hero 3 Written By: Basak Serin
Benny the Hero Benny the cat is a hero. He rescues those who are in danger. He is a smart, short-tempered, alert, and brave cat. He is a gray tabby cat with green eyes. He is medium- sized. He wears a blue collar. Benny is a superhero during the day and a part-time math tutor during the evening hours. He wears an electric blue cape with the letter “B” written on it in yellow font. The letter also has a yellow lightning bolt on it.
Story #1 Benny and Emerald are having a snack. Benny sees that his friend, Emerald, has only three cookies and he has five. Emerald, the hamster, is his neighbor and friend. Emerald is a brown and white hamster with brown eyes. Benny decides to offer Emerald one of his cookies. Emerald: What? Benny: It’s called playing fair, Emerald. Emerald: Thank you. Now, both Benny and Emerald have four cookies each. Story #2 Benny sees that some people have blocked him on social media.
Benny: (Laughs). These idiots blocked me on social media. They must be jealous. Well, blocking the blockers. Story #3 Benny is also a math tutor. He teaches math during the evening hours of the day. He teaches online. He uses his blue laptop and his black headphone and microphone headset. He does his job in his small office room in his apartment. Benny teaches students grades from the 1st grade to the 5th grade. Benny: Hello, class! Who’s ready for some math?! Eh, no response, huh?! Well, let’s get this going! Benny writes a math problem on the board. Benny: Tell me, what’s 8 + 2? Carrot the Bunny: 10.
Benny: Yes. What’s 108 divided by 25? Basat the Bobcat: 4.32. He showed his work. Benny: Well. Now, last one: what’s 12 x 234? Show your work. Sienna the Gerbil: 2808. Sienna showed her work. Benny: Excellent. Story #4 Darkwave tried to attack Benny when he tried to walk down the street. Benny saw him.
Darkwave is a dark brown tabby male cat with dark brown eyes. He wears a dark purple cape and purple gloves. He is an anti-hero. Benny: Trying to attack me? See what happens. Darkwave: Ugh! Story #5 Benny is asked to try Redd’s lemon cake for the bake sale. Redd is a red tabby cat with green eyes. Redd: Benny! My name is Redd. Try my lemon cake for the bake sale? Benny: Sure. Benny tried some cake. It tasted so sour that his facial expression was just too much. Redd: So, how’s it taste?
Benny: Sour. Story #6 Chase the cat meets Benny outside and asks him to read his new song lyrics. Chase is a gray tabby cat with green eyes. He wears a blue bow tie. Chase: Benny! Do you want to read my new song lyrics? Benny: Sure. Chase: Okay! “Lonewolf” Friendless, but nice Try hard to make friends but can’t make any I’m always the tormented one I’m always the weakest one
I party when enemies are defeated I party when they get deleted How can you call me lazy if I can’t get a job? Help others, and they’d help you It’s heartbreaking to know that my entire fourth grade class partied when I left It’s sad to know that I was bullied for not being cool It’s important to know your skills from right-to-left My music is the best Chase: So, did you like it? Benny: Yeah. Cool stuff there, Chase. Chase: Thank you, Benny. Story #7 Benny gets a call and picks up the phone.
Bryana: Benny! It’s Bryana! Kaylee, the cosmetologist, is the worst! She messed up my hair! Help! Bryana is a brown hog with brown eyes. She is sassy. Kaylee did not do a good job at all. Benny: Are you serious? I’ll be there. Benny arrived at Bryana’s place. Bryana: You are here! Can you fix my hair? Benny: Fine! I’ll try. Benny tried to fix Bryana’s hair. He did. Benny: Well, you don’t look worse than before! Bryana: Thanks!
Story #8 Benny is walking by himself in the park. He is feeling blue and tired. He walks towards the blue river and sees his reflection. A tear fell from his eye, and the tear fell into the river. Benny: I have cried so much in my life that it’s enough to make an ocean. Story #9 Benny just walked out of the coffee shop. He took some dark chocolate with him on the way out. He was eating dark chocolate while walking down the street. However, suddenly, a very bad smell came from a mile away. Benny was enjoying his chocolate until the bad smell entered his nostrils. He noticed the smell. Benny: Ugh!
His facial expression showed disgust, and it was funny. Benny’s Fan Mail Questions Benny received a lot of mail from his fans. He will record a video about it. So, he gets ready to record with his camera and begins to read his fan mail. Benny: Today I will be reading questions asked by my fans! Ready?! Let’s go! Benny reads the first letter. Benny: Okay! Dash the cat writes, “What city do you reside in?”. Well, thanks for asking. I reside in Locktown! Benny reads the next one. Benny: Spots the cat writes, “What are your hobbies?”. Well, my hobbies are reading and writing.
Benny: Okay! Fuzz Bucket the cat writes, “Do you have a sidekick or do you work alone?”. Nice question. I am an independent hero! Benny: Dot the cat asks, “What are your weaknesses and strengths?”. Well! My strengths are not having fake friends, not listening to others who are not on my side, and pretty much everything else! My weaknesses are that most people don’t care what I have to say, fear of dogs, and the list goes on. Benny: Okay, let’s read the next one! BX the cat writes, “What is your diet?”. Thanks for asking. I am a vegetarian, and if anyone has a problem with it, they can suck it. Benny: Clay the cat asks, “What is your favorite color?”. Blue and red. Benny: Baloo the cat asks, “What’s one fun fact you can tell us?”. Yes! I believe that you can make the author’s first name with the word “Nebraska”.
Benny: Emily the cat asks, “Do your superhero powers work without the cape?”. Answer is no. See, my cape gives me my powers when I wear it. Benny: Delta the cat asks, “What’s your favorite food?”. Mac and cheese. Benny: Choo Choo the cat asks, “Can you wish me a happy birthday, Benny?”. Well, of course I can. Happy Birthday, Choo Choo! Benny: Milo the cat writes, “Does social media make you feel better or worse?”. Clever question. Not really better. Not for me. Benny: Cheese the cat asks, “What is your favorite ice cream flavor?”. Vanilla. Benny: Miles the cat asks, “Will you be a superhero for the rest of your life?”. Wow, never thought of that. I am a hero, forever and always.
Benny: That wraps it all! I love my fans! Benny stopped recording the video and posted it online.
