Annual Budget
Include major categories and programs:
- Revenues—foundations, individuals,
corporations, events, fees, etc.
- Expenses—program 1, program 2, rent,
insurance, computers, website, etc.
Include dates, (e.g., 1/1/22 – 12/31/22)
Revenues should be higher than expenses
ideally, but a $0 based budget is okay

Update annually for each program.
Focus on expenses (including personnel).
• Some funders ask for revenues broken out
by program as well.
