The face is our primary focus of attention in social intercourse, playing a major role in conveying
identity and emotion. We can recognize thousands of faces learned throughout our lifetime and identify familiar faces
at a glance even after years of separation. This skill is quite robust, despite large changes in the visual stimulus due to
viewing conditions, expression, aging, and distractions such as glasses, beards, changes in hairstyle. Though human
faces are complex in shape, face recognition is not difficult for a human brain whereas for a computer this job is not
easy. In this paper presents and analyzes the performance of Principle Component Analysis (PCA) based technique for
face recognition. We consider recognition of human faces with two facial expressions: single and differential. The
images that are captured previously constitute the training set. From these images eigenfaces are calculated. The image
that is going to be recognized through our system is mapped to the same eigenspaces. Next I used classification
technique namely distance based used to classify the images as recognized or non-recognized. Presently I got result for
the single facial expression now I am working for different facial expression.

The rapidly increasing worldwide demand for energy and the progressive depletion of fossil fuels has led to an
intensive research for alternative fuels which can be produced on a renewable basis. Hydrogen in the form of energy will
almost certainly be one of the most important energy components of the early next century. Hydrogen is a clean burning and
easily transportable fuel. Most of the pollution problems posed by fossil fuels at present would practically disappear with
Hydrogen since steam is the main product of its combustion. This Paper deals with the modeling of Suction and Compression
Processes for Hydrogen Fuelled S.I.Engine and also describes the safe and backfire free Delayed entry Technique. A four
stroke, Multicylinder, Naturally aspirated, Spark ignition engine, water cooled engine has been used to carrying out of
investigations of Suction Process. The Hydrogen is entered in the cylinder with the help of Delayed Entry Valve. This work
discusses the insight of suction process because during this process only air and Hydrogen enters in to cylinder, which after
combustion provides power. Simulation is the process of designing a model of a real system and conduction experiment with it,
for the purpose of understanding the behavior of the design. The advent of computers and the possibilities of performing
numerical experiments may provide new way of designing S.I.Engine. In fact stronger interaction between Engine Modelers,
Designers and Experimenters may results in improved engine design in the not-to-distant future. A computer Programme is
developed for analysis of suction and Compression processes. The parameter considered in computation includes engine speed,
compression ratio, ignition timing, fuel-air ratio and heat transfer. The results of computational exercise are discussed in the
paper.

AN ANALYSIS FOR RECOGNITION AND CONFISCATION OF BLACK HOLE IN MANETS
An adhoc network is a collection of mobile nodes which form a temporary network. These are known as mobile
adhoc networks (MANETS) and they lack a fixed infrastructure and hence, for communication, these use wireless links.
This use of wireless links makes them susceptible to malicious attacks. Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector routing
(AODV) is a widely adopted network routing protocol for Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET). The design of AODV,
however, paid little attention to security considerations, hence resulting in the vulnerability of such MANET to the black
hole attack. This paper discusses the AODV protocol suffering from black hole attack. A feedback solution is given to this
problem which comparatively decreases the amount of packet loss in the network.
Progressive deteriortaion of groundwater quality in Vrishabhavathi Valley Bas...
The present work aims to study the progressive deterioration of groundwater quality over a period of
eight years, in and around the Vrishabhavathi Valley, an erstwhile fresh water stream, now carrying huge amounts of
industrial, agricultural and domestic effluents from the western part of Bangalore metropolis. Groundwater samples were
collected from both the borewells and open wells along the Vrishabhavathi valley watershed during April 2014 from the
same sampling sites, that were chosen for the study in 2006 by these authors and subjected to a comprehensive
physico-chemical analysis and water quality indices were worked out for the entire study area, both for the 2006 and the
present data. The water quality indices have risen alarmingly and it has been found that nearly 67% of the samples are
non-potable and it is seen that this number has risen sharply from 50 % non-potability in study 1 conducted in 2006. This
clearly shows that there is a massive deterioration of water quality in the study span of 8 years, clearly reflecting the
unabated and huge increase in the concentration of pollutants from municipal, industrial and agricultural sources that
have been making their way to the groundwaters of Vrishabhavathi valley basin. The results imply that the groundwater
of all the affected areas are completely unfit for human consumption and needs elaborate and appropriate treatment for
improving its quality.

Head Restraints are provided to safeguard occupant head and neck from injuries during rear impact.
According to the study made by organizations like ECE (Economic commission of Europe) and NHTSA (National
Highway Traffic Safety Administration USA) on different accidents, many safety regulations are developed for
passenger cars coming on roads. ECER17 and FMVSS202a are the regulations made to test and ensure safety of seat
headrestraints. One of the most important tests according to these regulations is energy absorption test. In this testsetup
the Head Form with mass 6.8kg, diameter 165mm and velocity of 24.1km/hr hits the Head restraint. The passing
criteria of the test is such that the headform should not experience deceleration more than 80 times gravitation for the
period more than or equal to 3ms. Also during impact, there should not be excess lifting of the headrest. Different
parameters of the headrest assembly such as angle of inclination of the front face of headrest, radius of curvature of
headrest rod, Notch depth of notches on headrest rod and stiffness variation of the headrest plastic part have
influence on the test results. In this paper, influence of these parameters is studied on the energy absorption test
mainly on the lifting of the headrest.

Performance Evaluation of LEACH Protocol for Wireless Sensor Network
This paper gives performance of LEACH protocol. LEACH is the first network protocol that uses hierarchical
routing for wireless sensor networks to increase the life time of network. All the nodes in a network organize themselves into
local clusters, with one node acting as the cluster-head. All non-cluster-head nodes transmit their data to the cluster-head,
while the cluster-head node receive data from all the cluster members, perform signal processing functions on the data (e.g.,
data aggregation), and transmit data to the remote base station. Therefore, being a cluster-head node is much more energyintensive
than being a non-cluster-head node. Thus, when a cluster-head node dies all the nodes that belong to the cluster lose
communication ability. This paper gives performance of LEACH protocol considering parameters i) Packet Delivery Ratio ii)
Throughput iii) Delay iv) lifetime.
Assembly Sequence Optimization
The assembly process is one of the most time consuming and expensive manufacturing activities.
Determination of a correct and stable assembly sequence is necessary for automated assembly system. The objective of
the present work is to generate feasible, stable and optimal assembly sequence with minimum assembly time.
Automated assembly has the advantage of greater process capability and scalability. It is faster, more efficient and
precise than any conventional process. Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) method is used for generation of stable
assembly sequence. This method has been applied to a Planetary Gearbox.

purpose. Because of hidden web contains a vast amount of data so it is necessary to crawl only specific hidden data. In this
paper, a meta keywords frequencies based architecture has been proposed to carry this work.
DIGITAL RESTORATION OF TORN FILMS USING FILTERING T ECHNIQUES
The acceptance of digital imaging is motivating many photography enthusiasts to transfer their
photographic archive to digital form. Scans of negatives and positives are preferred to be scanned at high resolution
which makes small cracks and scratches very apparent. These unsightly defects have become an important issue
for consumers. Filtering techniques are used for the restoration process which is fully automatic whereas the existing
systems were semi-automatic or completely manual. The method used for the detection of tear is dilation process and
top-hat transform. Top-hat transform might misinterpret dark brush strokes as cracks. In order to avoid these
unwanted alterations to the original image, brush strokes are separated from the actual cracks using clustering
technique. Tear removal includes order statistics filtering which deals with the reconstruction of missing or
damaged image areas.

Y.B.Jun et al. [9] introduced the notion of Cubic sets and Cubic subgroups. In this paper we introduced the
notion of cubic BF- Algebra i.e., an interval-valued BF-Algebra and an anti fuzzy BF-Algebra. Intersection of two cubic
BF- Algebras is again a cubic BF-Algebra is also studied.

ALTERNATE AND LOW COST CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL: RICE HUSK ASH (RHA)
Due to pozzolanic reactivity, Rice Husk Ash is used as a supplementary cementing material in concrete. It has
economical and technical advantages to be used in concrete. I am going to replace cement by the use of RHA by 5%,10% &
15% by weight of cement in three different experiment to find out the maximum strength and compare it with the strength of
normal concrete by using the grade of M20 at the days of 7 and 14. This research therefore is an investigation of the
performance of the concrete made of partially replacing OPC with RHA on the structural integrity and properties of RHA
concrete.

economical and technical advantages to be used in concrete. I am going to replace cement by the use of RHA by 5%,10% &
15% by weight of cement in three different experiment to find out the maximum strength and compare it with the strength of
normal concrete by using the grade of M20 at the days of 7 and 14. This research therefore is an investigation of the
performance of the concrete made of partially replacing OPC with RHA on the structural integrity and properties of RHA
concrete.
