Challenge: Targeting Carrier Specific Traffic for billable
conversions in Argentina.

Challenge: Only being allowed to promote provided creatives.
Conversion flow: The users are presented with the landing page
(made up of banners). When they click on it they get automatically
subscribed and the conversion pixel fires. The reason for this is
because when the user is navigating on a WAP gateway and
he/she clicks their MSISDN is detected by the carrier.

Carriers Accepted: Personal, Claro, Movistar

Traffic allowed: Mobile Web, Mobile Search, Mobile App Display.

Target devices: iPhone, Android, Smartphones, Blackberry,
Feature Phones.

Restrictions: No Wi-fi, Internet, or Opera Mini traffic.
